Jiah Khan suicide case: This is what Jiah Khan's letter to Sooraj Pancholi read
The Jiah Khan death case has seen a new turn with the CBI filing its chargesheet on December 9. The CBI has charged Jiah's boyfriend Sooraj Pancholi with abetment to suicide under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
Sooraj was in court earlier today to collect the chargesheet.

The hearing in the case has been adjourned till January 17, 2016.

The letter that had been recovered from Jiah Khan's house after the actor's death on June 3, 2013, has been included in the CBI chargesheet.
